February 4th Paul and I celebrated 11 years of marriage. We both have been looking forward to this weekend since before Christmas and it did NOT disappoint.
We headed up to Salt Lake for the whole weekend. All alone. It was heavenly. We ordered room service, sat in the hot tub and ate here and here and here. We spoiled overselves with a new All-Clad cookware set and relaxed enjoying the quite bliss of being together. Did I mention we were all alone. Yeah it was the best!
My gift for Paul this year was 11 memories from our 11 years. I wrote these memeories and put them in little boxes for Paul to find throughout the day. I hid them here and there and we laughed and hugged as we remember specific times that have speical meaning for both of us.
Year 11 I think I have learned a valueable lesson on marriage. Yes only one. Ha ha. This past year I have come to realize I did marry my best friend. Different experiences this year have opened my eyes to what good friends Paul and I are and I have come to appreciate that friendship more than ever before.
I love you honey. You are the bestest of my best friends. Happy 11th Anniversary. You really are the cheese to my macaroni.

Happy late 11th anniversary to you guys too!! I wonder the same thing if we will run into you guys. Glad you guys were able to getaway and relax. Hope you start feeling better and get more mobile.:)
